Spent a weekend in the city, and very disappointed in this hotel.
Pro: good pillow, decent bar, hot water, good A/C, and very quiet at night.
Cons: Rip off "car tax" of $5, rip off "safe charge" of $1, very expensive parking fee $29.
ordered & confirmed two queen beds, got two double beds, "only beds available".
beds very uncomfortable, wife and I and another couple we were with had terrible night's
sleep due to bad beds, AND, both of us had bottom sheets come loose during the night, which is
very annoying and makes it very difficult to sleep.
the room was tiny, my wife had no place to hang up a full length dress, only a 1/2 closet.
very uninformed and less than helpful staff.
DO NOT recommend this place!!!
DON'T STAY HERE!!!

This had to be worst experiance in my life. We were promised queen size bed, but we only received 2 double beds and when we complained about it they told us tough luck that all we have available. Service is terrible, staff is rude and their accountant was not willing to relase pending charge on my credit card even though we ended up never staying there. Were bad hotel to stay in.
three star bummer

i spent a weekend at this hotel for pleasure. the room and hotel itself are very nice, situated in a nice neighborhood. the service and staff -- top to bottom -- were the worst that i have ever experienced, especially for a purported "upscale" hotel. stay away
