Don't get an adjoining room

The hotel amenities were great, it had a Starbucks on the main floor, and a sort of deli-lounge that becomes a lounge-bar at night with live performers. The pool, gym and whirlpool were a nice touch. The bell-hops were amazing, they went above and beyond and I was really impressed. The concierge were very knowledgeable about local happenings and had maps and bus schedules available. When I needed a cab, it was instant, and everyone had an aim to please. All that being said; the first floor restaurant is was a pass for me; too pricey. Unfortunately I was there during a bundh of different conferences and a soccer championship game, so all the rooms were booked. The adjoining room I had was a pain because the championship revelers came in at 2:00am and decided that it was a great time to continue the celebration. Security took care of it very quickly. Definitely has a business atmosphere, and not much for kids besides the pool, so plan ahead.

We stayed March 19th thru the 22nd. Bed was comfortable, room was nice, huge bathroom, great view of the city. Cleaning crew were great. The only bad things I guess I could say about the hotel is the ice machine on the 12th floor was broken, so had to take a 20 second elevator ride to the 11th, and the room service fees are kind of ridiculous. All in all this hotel is top notch, great wifi, and free access hubs as well.
The hotel is not worth the money

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and three nights. The food was really good - they have the best sweet potato fries we have ever eaten. The location of this hotel is about a 6 minute walk to the heart of downtown and a 7 1/2 minute walk from the Country Hall of Fame. The best are very comfortable with lots of pillows, BUT our sheets were stained and it took almost the whole day before housekeeping came to put clean sheets on the bed. Afther that we never say housekeeping again. We had to call to get toilet paper on the 3rd day when by 7pm our rooms were still not touched. The hallways had a musty oder that was the strongest first thing in the morning. The staff with the exception of the car attendents were unpleasant and one the verge of being rude.
We would never stay here again. We are going back in a few years and were going to stay at a different hotel.
P.S. When going to Nashville make sure you go to the Wild Horse!!!! When at the BEST time there!!
Great location, would stay again

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good location. Parking across street in parking garage was cheap and well worth the walk across the street to save $25.
