Great hotel, highly recommended

Great room, clean, very comfortable bed however the bathroom sink was outdated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though is right by the airport you can’t hear anything when sleeping. Free shuttle from and to airport 24/7. Will definitely stay again.

If you are looking for a great overnight stay, this is a great hotel. The service was friendly and expedient. When I wanted to watch a basketball playoff game, a staff member even recommended a nice sports bar at a nearby hotel within walking distance, which turned out great. Now THAT is service! Also, the hotel had a nice restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet with a very courteous staff. If you don't mind a little 747 noise now and then up until about 10:00 p.m., I would highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet otherwise with nice, thick walls.

My stay at the Sheraton at Lax was one of the best from start to finish. Check-in took minutes, my room service order took only 20 minutes and was hot, delicious, housekeeping brought up toothpaste and a sewing kit with in minutes of the request, the starbucks in the lobby was friendly and easy to locate, checking out was a breeze and the shuttle to take me to the airport arrived every 10 minutes so there wasn't even a wait.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We booked the last night of our vacation at the Sheraton airport location in order to have quick convenient airport departure. The recent remodel was beautiful and it's just blocks from the airport. We booked online for less than $100, although when we checked by phone directly with the hotel they were charging $169/night. Make sure you book online...this is a fantastic deal for such a nice hotel.

The parking was a block away or an additional 27.00. Parking is 14.00 at the lot a block away. we got the valet for the lot price since it was full. The valets were very good about getting the keys for us when we wanted something out of the car.
Other than that and the fact that the spa was not on we really liked the place. the king bed was terrific.
