The staff is nice, friendly. The breakfast buffet is really nice. The rooms and structure of the bulidings need some maintenance, mostly minor, but some of the wood (outdoor stairs, gutters etc) are starting to age and wear out. The outdoor walking area for pets has no where to dump the trash if you are one of the few (like me) who pick up after your dog. There is a certain area to "walk" the dog, but nowhere to dump the "dump".
