This hotel needs to be worked on and the staff also needs a course in customer service. Everyone encountered in this hotel was down right rude. Curtains have holes, mattress worn out, dirt on walls, could even see daylight around ac. Lounge was never open and checkout clerk was on phone waited for 10 mins to checkout and finally just left.
disappointed

Advertised as close to downtown--it's 15 miles! Walls paper thin, alternately froze and roasted all night long because of faulty themostat and the heater (a very old through-the-wall unit) sounded like a tractor. Restaurant closed for remodelling, yet no word of this on website. Don't stay here unless the only other option is the street.

We liked the on-site bar and the Dominos pizza room service. Gives you the option of staying in if you don't want to go back out to battle the traffic. Has a nice pool and small fitness room with treadmills. Close enough to restaurants that you can walk.
