DEFINATELY WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE

This place was horrible, was able to do early check-in. The reason why is this place was terrible,smelly, dirty,check in staff not pleasant look upset because they had to work, took long time to check in there was only one other guest checking in besides myself which was with my party. Once check in room wen to room very nasty, dirty walls, lining, floors, bathroom. and it stunk. After looking at room decided to go to get someithing to eat, gone less than 1/2hr come back to the mananger of the hotel, argueing with someone I beleive was a employee. After witnessing him and the female employee cursing each other out call names back and forth he push her out the door and called he a few good names and locked the door. The mananger then went to the from of the hotel where the employee was trying to gain access to the hotel again, and was pushing this women out of the hotel door. That when a physcial confontation insued.. Went back to the room to feed my family including infant that was traveiling with me.Less that 10 minutes later the hotel was on fire. I had to spend the next 5 hours with the travel website trying to get new reservations. This place definatley does not appreciate good businees if it did it would provide good service. Advice spend the money and stay somewhere that is going to be clean.

We were given a room where the sink ran and we could not turn the water off. We had to call and switch rooms and luckily they had a room that they placed us in which was a handicapped room. There was no remote in this room for the television. The hotel had dirty carpet and ceiling tiles that were missing or drenced with water stains from leaks. I would definitely not stay at this hotel ever again!!!!

This hotel has just been sold to new management. The former left the place in a pitiful state of disrepair & general disarray. The new staff does not know what they are doing. We found the room was dirty... etc,etc,etc.

After a shabby motel room in the Bahamas, this was 1000x's better. Interior common areas could use some touching up, but otherwise, a great steal! Not too far from downtown, not too far from Graceland, and great food and shopping 5 min. away. Great get-a-way spot. Will stay in the plaza chain more!

We were completely disappointed! When we got there, there was a weird smell in the lobby, the staff was rude. We went to our room, bugs in the bathroom, tiny room, the room looked and smelled dirty, you could hear everything around. We ended up immediately checking out.
