Hotel Review

Met our standards for one night but we would not stay here for any length of stay. Quick check-in and check-out - also they provide a nice continental breakfast but get there early or there won't be much to choose from!

Beware!

OK to stay for the location if nothing else is available. Otherwise be aware that the hotel is old and they have not kept the rooms it in good condition. The carpet is not maintainted. The bathrooms are rusty and have a musty smell. The A/C in our room was very loud. The lobby is in good condition and the continental breakfast is not too bad but once you enter your room it's a total disapointment. Just be aware of that and believe the reviews.

Great room...very clean, bed was very comfortable. And they left a bag of fresh towels outside of our door. Where in other hotels you have to ask and pay a fee to get new towels. The tub, toilet and vanity area were very clean. VERY good price!! And located in a great area! A couple of minutes from Int'l Drive and Universal Studios. It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, clean, staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and up to standard, we reported a blocked plug in the bath and it was sorted out immediately, room was cleaned every day with clean sheets. Breakfast was basic but all we needed when up early, kids enjoyed it. Pool was good. Coffee available in Reception 24 hours. Great location.

AVOID !!!!!!

Elevator on our side didn't work half the time, ice machine on 3rd floor made invisible ice cubes, air conditioner leaked all over carpet, their solution was to turn it off and put a large, loud fan in our room to dry it out on 93 degree days, pool was filthy and then closed for almost 2 days, requested a wake up call for the morning of departure, was told"you'll get it''.We are still waiting for it. Free breakfast consists of 3 waffle makers and 3 toasters for hundreds of guests, so be prepared to wait in a long line. Our room was dirty and tub drained eventually...
