Quote: I had stayed at Embassy Suites in D.C. that were very comfortable and thought that the one in El Paso would meet the same expectations. It does not I had requested 2 room adjacent to each other because my 82 yr old mother was traveling with us. ... Read the full Embassy Suites Hotel El Paso review

Not quite an Embassy Suites

  • October 5, 2008
Quote: Property a bit dated. Sliding door in bedroom needs replaced. It is held closed by RTV. Funiture good in the suite but mattress not quite up to Hilton Standards. Complaints about the atrium magnifying sound are quite true. Smoking room smells like a... Read the full Embassy Suites Hotel El Paso review

Really bad for Embassy Suites

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • July 14, 2007
Quote: Embassy Suites are usually pretty good hotels, but this one is the exception. All of the facilities are pretty dated and worn. The rooms haven't been updated since the early 1980s and smell every bit of it. Not a good value for the money.

Quote: It was like walking back into the 70s...rundown, old rooms and not so very clean at all. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. Hilton should be ashamed to call this one of their properties.

Disappointment

  • November 26, 2006
Quote: Visually pleasing and that's where it stops. Atrium acts as a noise chamber that affects each room. Entrance to each room are wooden framed french doors that provide no privacy or sound barrier. If you want peace and quiet try another hotel. Rooms... HVAC Problems

  • September 17, 2006
Quote: The hotel room was comfortable with the exception of the A/C in the room which was not up to my comfort level. After 3 phone calls to the front desk, I gave up and took the hotel's offer of using a fan in my room; otherwise a good stay. p.s. I was... Read the full Embassy Suites Hotel El Paso review
