This hotel has everything....it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is definitely worth every penny spent.

Wanted the nicest accommodations we could get for a heroes welcome from Iraq. We simply could not have been more pleasantly surprised! Everything was much better than we expected. Even the restaurant was the best food we had while visiting Texas, and by far the most reasonable for the quality. By far the best surprise we have had traveling. Highly recommend it to anyone. A true 10!

We came here to see our son off to Iraq and it was quite stessful...Well, we could leave our stress at the door and had such a wonderful time. The entire experience was one of joy and comfort! I cannot tell you how wonderful everyone was, we didnt even have to leave the hotel and had an amazing vacation with our son. The beds were out of this world comfortable and the service was wonderful. Everyone is very supportive of our military and that is important to our family. When he returns from Iraq in Aug 2008 I hope you will have room for us cause I will want to celebrate there. Thanks form the bottom of my heart for making a difficult journey one of comfort and support. We spent a difficult week of our lives at Shilo and you gave me an amazing vacation with my son, I thank you for that. You guys ROCK!!!

This hotel was fabulous, from the service, to the maids to the rooms. From the moment you walk in the door people are greeting you, ready to serve you. Very clean, friendly staff and excellent work-out and water faculities. However I will caution, check to make sure your door to the adjoining room is locked or you might have a visitor in the middle of the night!!! New doors have a tendancy to shift out of place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Home away from home.

Had trouble when checking in. I booked my room for two nights on Travel agent and they said the reservation never made it into the computer. Luckily they had a room for me. I decided to stay an extra night so they extended me, but accidentally charged me an extra $* bucks (the charge did end up falling off a few days later, but I hated having the money in my checking account tied up in an incorrect charge!!). Other than that everything was very nice. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
