the lack of concern for their guest

The hotel employees of this motel were not helpful.They did not give me any assistance when I told them I had been shocked by a lamp cord. They passed it off like it was no problem. I am an electrician by trade, so I knew that this shock caused the circuit breaker to trip.This breaker being tripped also effected the wake up alarm not to work.
I had a 3 night stay, and had to change rooms for the second and third nights, because they had not cleaned the originally reserved room. When I changed rooms they put me in the next room down. this room was filthy and no towels. the circuit breaker was still affecting the lights and alarm clock. I checked on getting more towels, that never came. I asked to borrow an iron, to iron my cloths for an interview the next day. They did not have an iron nor did they have any suggestions, except go get your own. There was no coffee for the coffee maker.nor ice machine in sight or to be found by asking the employees.
