The Hotel was clean and nice. There was some cracks in the ceiling and the restroom but over all a nice stay. The price was alittle high.

Minuses. The room smelled musty, there were no towels (error on part of housekeeping apparently) and the air conditioner cycled (on/off) every 10-15 minutes which kept waking me up.
Pluses. It was quiet, the AC was very cold (set it on air only to keep it from cycling), parking convenient, parking, very close to A&M and a couple of restaurants. People at the front desk were very nice even though they were very busy.
Neutral. Boring but OK breakfast.

The rooms were clean and for being in a college town, the motel was really quiet. My only dislike was needing more washcloths in the bath.
