Quote: This hotel was a disaster! Radisson should really reconsider affiliating its brand name with this place. The few positives: the location was really quiet good, and the front desk staff was friendly, though not especially helpful. The room, however,... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

Sleep number beds that dont work are just bad beds.

  • April 14, 2011
Quote: We had two rooms, each with two "sleep number beds" in them. Two of the four beds were broken, meaning three people had HORRIBLE nights sleep. We were unable to move rooms because we had to have adjoining rooms. The staff did try to remedy the beds,... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

Didn't quite feel safe

  • February 3, 2011
Quote: I actually stayed at the cotton wood inn, perhaps a raddison chain hotel. I didn't feel safe. There were a lot of long hallways with not many people around except workers who stay there for extended jobs. Lots of bad food smells from people cooking... okay if your not staying long.

Quote: My friends and I stayed for the St. Patricks Day parade. (which was awesome). The hotel was close enough to walk and get a good spot. The sleep number beds did not work.

Worn and tired

Quote: This is obviously an older hotel that has tried to update but even that seems to have a while ago. The bathroom tub and tile were painted over to make it look better. I hate to think what it looked like before b/c it doesn't look so good now. The TV... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

Quote: Hotel was pretty shabby, torn carpet, noisy climate control units broken fixtures in the rooms. coworker had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because of an odd smell that was supposed to "dissipate in a half hour" but didn't.... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

Great Service

  • February 25, 2009
Quote: The hotel was on the DART line (just as indicated in their description), which we were looking for since we traveled to Dallas via AMTRAK. We had planned to get around via DART while in Dallast, but the friendly shuttle staff at the hotel took... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

Not too good

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 16, 2009
Quote: The room was clean and nice but, very small, similar to a walk-in closet. The bed was not comfortable and for some reason there is a $25 dollar charge on my credit card. In their defense, I have not yet called to see what the charge is for. Probably... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review

The pool isn't heated

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • November 18, 2008
Quote: Don't stay here if you're planning to use the pool. I booked here with my son because they claim to have an indoor/outdoor heated pool. The heating wasn't working, the pool was 38 degrees. Worse than that the management didn't seem to care.... Read the full Radisson Hotel Central Dallas review
