This was just too bad!!! Our room was infested with small sugar ants. The bathroom was not clean, old washcloths on the top ledge of the shower. Old facility. The beds looked like they were made from boards for the base and the mattress is rock hard. We were scheduled to stay four nights, but in the morning checked out to find a decent place.
Upon checking out I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and the issues with the room, her statement was " I am sorry" and requested my $2.50 surcharge. Which we presume is they even know the condition of the hotel.
If you have intentions of staying here, please spend a little more and go elsewhere.
Great Experience!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff, the location and price were great! Will be back soon! Traveled with 14 other members of my family and we all stayed here and no one had complaints - Everyone left very happy. Thanks
Okay to stay here

My wife and I needed to stay in Orlando area only one night. We are budget concious travellers. We don't frequent the high-end hotels and avoid sleezy ones. This one comes in about average. The room was clean, sheets were fresh, all the doors closed, TV worked fine and the staff was polite. Nice pool. Good place to stay.
There were many nearby eating places from cheap to pricey. I have no complaints and would stay again.
Great Place for the price

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel, for the money it is the best . Location is wonderful, easy on/off with the interstate. I will recommend this hotel for all types of travelers. The bed and pillows very comfortorable.

Paying extra for the micro-fridge option is strongly recommended after being accidentally placed in the regular room by mistake at first, a condition they readily corrected. One of the hidden charges is a "resort fee" that patrons must pay simply because of where the hotel is located even though it is not a resort. It was only $2.50 per day, so it wasn't bad, but it was still unexpected. The room with the micro-fridge was big and clean. There is a convenience store by the front desk that has ice cream and coffee, as well as over the counter medications. There was also internet access available for a fee at the convenience store. The location was very convenient for purposes of going to Universal and shopping in nearby stores. This is a good hotel if all you need is a place to crash.
