We were new travelors. I arrived to the hotel to find my air conditioner didn't work. The first morning the shower broke and the phone didn't work. I needed to call the desk with my cell phone. The employees were great at fixing these items however I feel with the amount of problems with 1 room we should have been offered a discount or another room and neither was offered.

This hotel is a good value for the money. There is an Internet Cafe in the hotel, the pool is warm, the front desk is accommodating, and the Golden Corral buffet a couple doors down is great!

We were very far from home and not sure what to expect so we were very satisfied to find a very clean and quiet room. Hotel is in a very convenient location , near restaurants and shops but not too close to disney! staff was very friendly and courteous. Our ten day stay was very pleasant. For the value ,I would go back and recommend this hotel to friends.

I was a little apprehensive about a hotel so close to Disney and so cheap. I was wrong. This hotel is tops...from the front desk to the maintenance crew. Rooms were very clean and fresh. The wi-fi signal was strong and we had a great stay!!
If there is a negative, it is the pool. The shallow end is 4' deep and no lifeguard on duty...ever. So forget the pool. Everything else is top notch. (Avoid the welcome center desk. They will try to sell you tickets to everything, even if you have all the tickets you need.)
We will definitely be staying here next year!!

if i go to florida again i will definetly stay in the howard johnson hotel i really liked i feel so comftable and secure
