The room we were in did not smell so great. I assume it is from people coming in from the pool area wet. The hot tub was too hot. Thought it would blister the skin. Others mentioned it as well. Enjoyed the pool
Desk clerks were friendly. Lost money in the vending machine and was not able to be reinburst by the front desk.
Stayed because of the price. but other hotels in area had similar rates. Would I stay again? Maybe.

This hotel is in a very good location! However, the room smelled bad, the sink was clogged, the linens didnt seem fresh and had holes in them. This room also had BUGS! I had to have them spray while i was out. One day housekeeping didn't come at all. Check in was ok, they were nice people but the rooms!!! Housekeeping came and in a matter of 5 mins cleaned the room... They only surface clean. They need clean, new linens. Very uncomfortable when you're far away from home. Overall, this experience did not come close to my standards!
Because of the issues they were kind enough to take off the $10 resort fee....

Good experience, clean, quiet, extemely well-located near I-4. Not new, for sure, but the rooms were "standard" and essential amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker) were there. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised.

When we checked in, after traveling all night, the clerk could not wait on us because he was busy answering the phone from other visitors with complaints. Was awoken early (around 6 am) the first morning there by the garbage truck emptying the dumpster. The room had a strong odor, the a/c leaked on the floors, the t.v. didn't work correctly, the sink is old and cracked.
