We had two rooms, neither of which had hot water. As we were complaining, another couple came in to the office to say the same thing. Staff offered nothing more than an apology.

"This met our needs perfectly, low price and we were only in the room to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and spacious. The staff was very kind. They had coffee and donuts, muffins in the morning. It was a 20 minute walk to the falls. We took a cab back at night because we were unsure of the safety of the neighborhood, but we would have been fine, especially in summer when the city is crowded. we stayed in late Oct, so didn't use pool. Great place, would visit again! "

They stop serving breakfast after Labor Day, even though they advertise one. Good Luck getting anyone at the front desk.

We reluctantly reserved this room at the Econo Lodge in Niagara Falls having had a horrible experience in Ohio, but were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very warm and friendly to us AND our dog. Our kids loved the pool too. The rooms were not fancy ,but they were clean and comfortable.

The flowers, gazebo and pool were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location was just west of a bad part of town. You don't get much here for the money.
