Disappointment

My sister and I had a pre-payed reservation for 4/3/2009 & 4/4/2009. We flew in from Los Angeles, California to attend a funeral. The lady working the front desk could not find our reservation. When she finally found it, we were told that there were only handicapped rooms available. We were very upset because we payed in advance and expexcted to have accomodations. I felt that she should have called another hotel if she couldn't accomodate us & a room should have been reserved for us because it was pre-payed. We are not handicapped. This was the worst experience that I've had with a hotel chain.

This hotel was near perfect. My boyfriend and I LOVED it!!! The bed was extremely comfortable and and the room was pretty clean. We also had a nice view from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only minus was there was no microwave in the room. I would definately stay here again.

Hotel was very well ran, I think they need to have towels in the whirlpool and pool areas. The only complaints I had was the microwave in lounge area was a mess and there is a lot of train traffic nearby. Management was excellent the male manager quickly stepped in and helped the restaurant staff when they got a little behind
in town for celebration

We found this hotel to have rooms that were neat and clean-We had a room overlooking the pool so was quiet--Friends had room near R.R. tracks that we found to be noisey especially at night(many trains)-We would stay here again when we return to Memphis--
in town for celebration
