The Cincinnatian Hotel was a very enjoyable place to stay. They were able to upgrade my room to a King which allowed me to stay in the same room the entire trip. ( I had originally booked a Queen for two nights but needed to add a third night.
Room was very clean, well equipped and quite large. Two sets of vanities and nice bathrobes.
You do need to request a coffee pot for the room.
Wake up calls by real people was a surprise. Front desk was very helpful on where to eat.
Especially liked Scotti's, a small old Italian establishment about two blocks away on Vine.
Nothing negative, all in all a very enjoyable stay.

The Cricket Lounge is good for a sandwhich ( I recommend highly the Turkey Sandwich ) and the fries are yummy.
The Palace restaurant breakfast is too expensive.
I stayed two nights for a business trip, on my own. Normally, I am a guy on a Best Western budget so this was a treat.
The room was real nice, the bed comfortable and the shower was a luxury.
The desk staff is professional.

Stayed there for 17th anniversary. Have stayed at Cincinnatian in the past and it was wonderful, this night however, was bad, The fridge in minibar did not work, the room was in poor condition and the toilet ran all night because of a leak in the tank.. To make matters worse, the comments about the room went unanswered. With all of the other hotels downtown, it will be hard to go back. Too bad.

I was hoping for a nice romantic getaway. Not so much after checking in there was a leak right in front of our room the floor was about to fall through and the ceiling was. Our room was somewhat clean. Though was so dated it didn't feel it we thought because it had a 4 star rating and th only one in the area it would be great. WRONG... Have no idea how it got such a rating I understand it is a very historic building, but why not respect that and stop being so cheap with the maintenance and upkeep especially at the rate they charged they should have no problem fixing things. Also they have a 24 hour staff, but yet I had to waite for the front desk agent to get off the phone in the back that you could obviously here was a personal call and the valet was not anywhere to be found at a rate of * a night on top of the room rate you should expect someone to open your door and take your car right away though I walked in to find someone and right away a security guard who seemed to be the only nice friendly customer oriented staff was able to help us right away.. I will never be back

The place was clean. Great location to see a Baseball Game.
