First of all it said the the hotel had a hot tub but when we got there we found out it the hot tub had been gone for a year. And the pool was pad locked so we couldn't even go swimming. My mother signed up for the shuddle and in the morning there was no one to drive the shuddle. And for the free breakfast there was hardly anything

Dirty wash cloth inclusive of brown spot. Twice asked for replacement clock. Nothing. Asked for wake up call. No call. Floor had ashes from ash of previous guest spilage - no vacuuming. Heater did not work. Employee's had no caring or compassion.

Where to start...Thought I would be nice and save the company a few bucks...Never again! Hotel staff took forever to come check us in...we actually had to call the front desk to get someone there. Outside lighting was terrible, looked very dark and scary. Room wasn't too bad, the bed was a little close to the door and bathroom was spacious and somewhat clean. Breakfast was decent. Probably won't stay there again though.

Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the lobby appeared dirty. The bed was so close to the door it was difficult to get the luggage in. The bathtub did not drain well. Remote did not work for TV. Requested new one, no one showed up with one. The final straw was when I noticed the wallpaper under the bathroom sink, on the wall behind the shower, was peeling off. It had mold and mildew all over it. That was DISGUSTING!
