When you check in the lobby smells of citrus air freshner.... first hint of trying to cover up smells. The building is older and the website makes it nicer than it is. Also ppl live there with their balconies filled with kid toys and storage. When we checked into our 2 bedroom suite we noticed a musty smell so we opened our windows to get rid of it. Well we tried. I got a headache so bad. The beds were terrible and the pillows must of been from when they knew no better. We itched all night. Could of been BED BUGS??? I checked out that morning and paid only $50 more a night and checked into a 5 star hotel. And did they ever treat us well. We visited them at 9 am and they told us to use their computers to get onto travel website and book just a plain room. when we went upstair to tell them we booked the room they had an excutive suite ready to be checked into and boy we took a nice shower to get the itches off of us, even after we had shower at Park shores. we tied up our clothes in a plastic bag. Even travel website called the night we checked in to try to get the problem solved and he could not get ahold of a person.

The condo we had (#450) was attractive, clean, room service was good; coffee maker with coffee was provided. There was a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous livingroom, and a lovely screened-in porch. Only two minor problems: ghost ants in the kitchen which management trook care of pretty quickly by spraying and some minor delay in getting internet service.
Both my husband and I felt that it was excellent; the location central to Naples and close to a grocery store, other retail stores, and lots of good restraunts.
We would stay there again with no hesitation.
Great times in Naples

What a great choice. Arrived in the afternoon, hotel resturant closed but staff very helpful in directing us to nearby food (lots of places to eat within walking). Front staff very friendly. Room was perfect, 2 bedroom suite with lots of room for lots of kids. Balcony screened in overlooking the lagoon that surrounds the hotel. Pool very warm, jacuzzi even warmer. Jacuzzi small but set off away from pool area which was really nice. Pool was large and very inviting. Resturant overlooking the pool area, lots of seating around pool with really nice waterfall and pond filled with large Koi. Live music in the rest. every night, nice to swim and listen to the music. Food was really good, wait staff really friendly and interacted with the kids. Overall everyone was nice and the kids really felt comfortable even though alot of the guests were older. Got the idea that it was a place for family's to come and stay with their Grandparents who maybe lived there all winter long. Sad to go...

This resort, while obviously not brand new, has been kept up and updated nicely. Room was very comfortable. Loved the garden area and onsite pub and pool.
