Location is great, close walking distance to everything on Magnificent Mile. Rooms are large and very nice & clean! Hotel was very busy, but check in went quickly and smoothly. Parking package we purchased was the way to go. Free breakfast was one of the largest selections we've seen, just get there early or it gets quite busy. Hope to be back again - this hotel was great!

We loved this hotel, it was perfect for our family. The service was wonderful, room was very comfy and clean. The location was awesome...we walked everywhere or used the free Chicago trolley. Chicago is a very friendly city.

The room was very nice and spacious. There were three of us and it worked out great. The location was perfect. Short walk to Magnificent Mile and train station. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again next visit.

Overall our stay was very pleasant hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.We would definitely stay again.The managers reception was a nice bonus with free drinks although the free food could have used a little more creativity. But they made up for that with a wonderful hot ,made to order omelette breakfast in the morning.
