I stayed at the Embassy Suites Downtown on North State Street during my Chicago visit and it was awesome!! The staff was so friendly and helpful which was great since it was my first time visiting the windy city! The rooms were always clean and neat. The hotel is in a great location to getting to EVERYTHING!

Excellent location...the suite had nice furnishings and was clean. Perfect for a family w/ teenagers. Navy Pier was a 15 min walk, but the trolley also stops right on the corner. Rainforest, ESPN Zone, Hard Rock around the corner. Great breakfast, but get there early to avoid a long line. Parking charged for overnight until 3:00 pm, so you can check out & leave your car there for a few more hours.

I was very pleased with this hotel, from the time that I checked in early, using the easy self-check-in screen, to the time I checked out with a quick phone call. The hotel is clean and airy, with an attractive atrium, and an excellent hot breakfast service. I used the internet connection in my room which was fast and easy to use. The staff was cordial, and the location was great. I expect to stay here again.

Great Family Hotel

This is a great place to stay with your kids. The rooms are large and there is a door between. The cooked to order breakfast is a time and money saver. The lobby area was generally crowded around breakfast and happy hour, but our room (5th floor) was never noisy. The location is a quick walk to Michigan Ave. and a short cab ride to the theatre district. This isn't a place I would choose to go if I was getting away without my kids, but it is perfect with the kids. We have stayed several times and will choose this hotel again.
