We exchanged our one-bedroom unit at another timeshare for a large studio at the Flagship. We found the mini-kitchen to be somewhat limiting, especially the midget size refrigerator, and it did not keep ice cold. Luckily, the icemaker was two doors away. The unit was spotless, but garbage had to be left outside the door. We had a adequate size dinner table and enough utensils for a family of four. The bathroom was large, but we had to ask for extra towels -- the maid cleaned the unit on Tuesday. There was a very large balcony, but the furniture was not there because it was the off-season; however, our 21st-floor view of the city at night was breathtaking. We had a large TV, but no VCR. I brought videotapes, but could not view them. I wouldn't want to use their studio again because of the limitations. Try to get a one-bedroom – we peeked at one next door and it seemed to be huge.
We used the shuttle to the showboat frequently and the drivers were amicable. We liked the food at the restaurant, but the menu was limited to basic fried chicken and steak.
