Great hotel!

We really enjoy staying at the Capt Hook. This was our 2nd time in 4 months and will go next mo. Only problem was a cold snap outside and difficulty getting our room warm.

Hotel staff were great as well as the food in all three different restrs. Would only suggest retraining security staff to be more friendly to hotel guests. Crows nest staff were great with great service. Keep up the good work.

Hotel rooms are old, like being in the 70's. Yellows, oranges, wicker, BLAH. Expected nice, upper-class, etc. Shower and bathroom needs to be upgraded, its small. We purchased a junior suite and it was not "sweet". Do not pay the difference for ...Read more
