I WAS VERY UNHAPPY!

I reserve my room at the hotel 3 weeks in advance, when I arrived their everything was changed. I went from a three bed suite to a one king size bed suite(a family of 4). I had called the day before to make she that my room was reserve and the assured me it was.(that was a lie). The front desk clerk told me there was nothing she could do but give me a roller bed to use. The service was terrible and they still charged me the same price for the room that I book online. I called for someone in charge and was told that person is not there and to take a business card and call back when I got home. I called back when making it home and ask for the manger I was tols she was to busy to get on the phone or take my number to call back. Warning please stay away from this hotel, the service is bad
