I stayed there for 8 days with my friend. When we first checked in, the guy behind the counter seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there and was rather rude to us. The rooms are ok for what we paid for. The first night when we tried to use the internet in our room and it wasn't working we attributed it to the storm that was going on outside and didn't think anything of it. The second day we tried it again. Still didn't work. Called to ask why, and we were told that only 1 building of the 7 have internet and if we wanted to use it we had to go to the lobby. When we went down to the lobby the internet only worked for 2 minutes and the signal strength was horrible. When we complained we were told to go next door to the restaurant and use their internet.
If that wasn't bad enough, the day before we left housekeeping never came to our room and we ran out of toilet paper around 830pm. When we called down to ask for more we were told that if we wanted some we would have to run to walmart to buy some because housekeeping closed.
The shuttles would have been ok for the theme parks if they had more than one time for pickup and drop off. It is very impractical to arrive at the parks at 645 am and not get picked up till 10pm.
I would never stay here again. Ever.

Walls looked like someone had punched holes, patched them and then didn't repaint.
Wi-Fi service was limited to outside or in the lobby.
Cleaning people never did vacuum next to walls.
Cleaning people did not remove empty shampoo bottles.
Cleaning people left hair in the corners near the tub and floor.
Someones dirty socks were left in the safe.
Laundry room difficult to find.
never come back here!

It has small ants on sink, toliet flush it takes forever, one giant roach were on my feet! Ew, the lights annoys me they need fix! Never come back here again plus it looks like awful place behind of businesses area almost never notice. That's trashy. Dennys never appear on site at all. Its close to universal studios resort you take walk there like 20 - 30 mins but provide bus at 10 am one time and return 7 pm that's it. Lame!

If I had not booked this room as part of a package I would have checked out. The rooms are in need of great repair. Our shower did not work. Toilet did not flush unless you stood there and held the handel down. The tv channels we messed up, missing channels and a HBO guide for the previous month. Housekeeping left something to be desired.
It says there is a Denny's on site but there is not. The tiki bar in the pool area was never open and forget about getting pool towels. After having to go look for them even though the card in our room says don't take room towels there are towels in the pool area, I was told "we don't have enough towels for the pool, I can only give you 2"
I really don't know how they keep their Days Inn flag.
Oh yah, there is also people in the lobby trying to sell you time share or something like it. Anouying !!!!
NEVER AGAIN!

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. At check-in, gave us keys to an occupied room. Then the clerk only said, "sorry, this happened to you." Needless to say, did not leave any valuables in the room, since it seemed all the keys could open doors to all the rooms. Taking everything was good since we got back the second night and our door had been left open all day. After, complainining to the clerk, "I'm sorry this happened. It was probably house-keeping." Asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign so that housekeeping would not come in. Left the sign on the door the next day, obviously housekeeping came in, because they made the bed and left clean towels. We were in the hotel the third day, with the sign on the door, and housekeeping came by three times!! First time, we told the lady no three times and she still tried to come in. When we left to swim is when she came in and then came back shortly after we were back!! We have filed a complaint with Days Inn and have until the 14th to hear back from the hotel. I will never stay at another Days Inn!!
