Hotel is in a fine area and very quiet. Room size is good and staff is very friendly/courteous. Rooms need major cleanup. Carpet was in disrepair and a portion was dripping wet everyday for no known reason. Furnishings shabby, microwave unusable (did not heat well and missing turntable plate). Saw a giant roach on the wall near my bed. The bad just does not outweigh the good. This property is one star and entirely overpriced.

Check-in was quite seemless, but once I got into the room it all went down hill. The room was hot, the air was broken, I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room and the bathtub was falling apart. I would have switched rooms but checked in incredibly late.

The elevator and hallway smelled terrible. My room was not as clean as I would expect. All light bulbs were missing. One lamp was inoperable even with a bulb. There was no phone book, half the lamps, phone, were unplugged. There were unpleasant people hanging out in the parking lot, in front of the hotel, and in the hallways. Some guy was banging on a door and yelling for @ 10 minutes. I thought about calling the police; I checked out instead, knowing I couldn't sleep there.
Needs an overhaul!

I was misled by this hotel's rating so I am reviewing to save others. This hotel is very rundown-needs new furniture, linens carpet, paint, walls, fixtures. If it wasn't midnight when I arrived, I would have left for another place.
