Pleasant Surprise

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Executive Park in Charlotte last week after being sent there when my flight on US Airways was cancelled. I was expecting a very average hotel because I received a voucher from US Air. Instead, I got a spotless room and great amenities, most importantly, a full breakfast that contained many more items than I expected from the continental breakfast at other similarly price hotels. I asked what the standard rate is and when i was told it was $69.99, I definitely added it to my list of best-buys.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I am in Charlotte
Not a 3 star hotel

The hotel was very hard to find first of all and secondly, it was indicated to be a 3 star ( lol )hotel. The walls were shabby, yellow, the housekeeping room was across from my room. The door was open and it looked like all the paint was peeling off the walls and door. In my room there was a large hole in the wall at the baseboard with tacks sticking out of the carpet. Flecks of something black in the ice. I wouldn't stay there again.

Beware when you stay here that its a bit run down. Staff was friendly...

The staff was terrible and the rooms was nasty had to change room 2 times because of the dirty rooms and nasty comforters, site said hotel was close to the airport it is actually almost 9 miles away.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. Our bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor and a ring around the tub. The door connecting the 2 rooms needed serious repair. The air conditioner made a loud noise when it cycled on and woke me up every 20 minutes, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk employees were not friendly. They seemed annoyed when I called to ask for directions to the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
