Never Again

My family reserved four rooms for two nights, but left after one night. Here's my family's story: When we first got there and checked into our rooms, the beds appeared to have sheets that were not replaced from the previous visitors so we had to call the night housekeeping staff to replace the sheets in both rooms. Blood was found on one of the pillows. After everything was straightened out with the housekeeping matters, then night came. At night, roaches were found under the refrigerator in one of the rooms. Then someone repeatedly prank called another room. That was one police report. The other police report was filed because someone called the room with the roaches, and threatened a family member because she was the one who discovered that the rooms were not in proper condition originally. We strongly believe, based on the information that the caller gave, that this person was an employee of the motel. In the morning we left the hotel immediately. Our goodbye insult was the fact that the hotel charged us for the use of the safe and refrigerator without telling us (even though we didn't use the safe), but those charges were taken off of the bill. My mom has told me that she's going to send you guys a separate letter with the police reports. I was utterly shocked because this is the worst hotel experience I've ever had and it was at a Choice hotel. Usually my stays at Choice hotels, which have included Comfort Inn and Sleep Inn, were good. Everybody at that hotel except for maybe the desk staff, who took the many complaints that they were receiving from other guests quite well, should be replaced.

Tear It Down

Stayed 1 night at this hotel.People were loitering everywhere, the rooms are ragged, holes in the wall as if the door had been kicked in and a blood drip the front of the AC unit. Need I go on? Tear this place down and build something safe and clean. I'm still looking for the coffee maker that wasn't there and wondering why I had to pay for a safe and micro/fridge that I didn't use.

Good for Nothing

The room was NASTY, bathtub was black, safe didn't work, no parking. Need I go on? I think they were renting rooms by the hour, as many unsavory characters as there were outside. They lost our first nights reservation and then tried to charge us double the reserved rate for the rest of the stay. Never, ever again.
