The hotel was in a great location to the airport. Because we arrived earlier than expected our room wasn't ready. Staff called us when it was ready

The room we stayed in needed new carpet. Also the shower head needed to be replaced. It had one of the very large shower heads but hardly any water came out. Made it difficult to have a vibrating good shower after traveling all day long. We had a ...Read more

While enjoying the outdoor pool I lost my watch. I didn't notice until the next day, the concierge went out of his way to locate and return it to me . I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends in the future.
The service was excellent. The concierge was awesome.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be out of the hectic atmosphere of the beach area. It is far from the center of Miami so you'll need a car.
