Four day stay

The room was clean and satisfactory. Will stay there again. Only problem was no utensils in the room although a "stand up".card said there was. I had my own pot with me, so I never asked about utensils. Maybe we were supposed to ask at the front desk.

Found a used needle in the room. They should fire the maid because the room was super dirty. We went and bought new sheets for the bed and thank god we brought our own pillows and towels.

No pillow cases! Had to go and fetch them from front desk,then had to fetch the soap which wasn't there and then had to clean the tub,,,HAIR in drain and on walls of shower, can we say YUCKY??? The only good thing was it was easy to spot from the 215
?

missing smoke detector, clogged bathroom sink drain, smoke burns in bedspreads, inadequate cooking utensils, TV & microwave not plugged in, bathroom exhaust fan inoperable, no lightbulb in range hood, concrete hallway nd stairways badly soiled, toilet didn't flush properly, etc

was very surprised that it only got a 2 star rating. Close to airport, close to highway, laundry, kitchens, restaurantsand grocery very close by. Will use again.
