Pictures are very misleading! Hotel very old, dirty, and did not feel safe at all. Not worth the money. The food in the restaurant was absolutely awful. Stay somewhere else!!!!

This place is a "3 star" dump. We changed rooms 3 times (so the staff is somewhat accomodating) in hopes of getting a clean room. Some rooms have been "renovated"(fresh paint, new tile in the bathroom and nice decor, but the mattresses must be atleast 100 years old,) I would never stay there again and now realize a 3star travelocity hotel equals a 1star AAA hotel.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. It is supposed to be a Disney "good neighbor", but there was nothing good about it. The room was not clean. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. We went to the pool after dark and I wish I would never of stepped into it! The filters/pumps were not on and there was alot of stuff floating at the bottom. It was so gross! The water that came out of the shower head smelled really bad. Overall it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I do not find that I am very picky, but this was just bad.

I have stayed in many FL hotels, this is by far the worst. This hotel advertizes ?kids eat for free? this is a bunch of baloney. They are able to walk away with a piece of fruit or muffin; the hotel charge?s for any additional items such as apple juice, milk, etc. and it is extremely expensive. You are better off dinning out in an actual restaurant and getting a better bargain. The beds are horrible; it is like sleeping on the floor. The rooms are not very clean and the walls are paper thin, you are able to hear everything. The staff is not very nice and the worst is the transportation to the theme parks. The drivers are so rude they often get into confrontations with teenagers, which should tell you the bus driver?s level of maturity and lack of professionalism and customer service on the hotels behalf. The buses are always late. If you get lucky you will not have to wait more than 30 minutes for the bus to arrive (which is good if it is not raining) since it rains a lot in FL even when it is sunny. If you have kids and are accustomed to exceptional customer service and cleanliness, I would definitely recommend that you pay an extra 20-40 bucks a night and stay in another hotel where they offer money amenities and an actual breakfast meal. I will never stay there again!
In a pinch, would stay again.

Visiting family & planning to stay only one night, this hotel is not bad for the value. My room rate was discounted for the summer. Quick access to Disney property via Osceola parkway. Rooms large but in need of a make over; check in quick and staff friendly. Lots of places to eat outside of the hotel property. Close to Old Town.
