The staff was friendly and courteous but that is all the good I can say about this place. This hotel is pathethic and a total a waste of money...We reached Orlando at the wee hours of the morning to be greeted by this unpleasant surprise of a room.. we asked to be moved to a decent room but alas all the rooms were tired and sad looking...the rooms are so old and the bathrooms were so dingy, the countertop were chipboard formica laminate that were so old and yellow...funny smell in the room which i guess is from the old carpet and most of all the BEDSHEETS DID NOT FIT...THE WERE NO FITTED SHEETS..so at night the bedsheets woud all but come off the bed...I got conned by there flowery description...very misleading writeup with online travel website.

Cheap hotel, nice staff but It wasn't not what the website "sold to me". Bedrooms w/ corridors...like motel 6, I was not expecting that...so I felt not safe. If I knew that I would not had booked. couple Bugs and hair inside the bedroom. I was hoping they could do something for the next day...but they did not. The same bugs stayed there. Breakfast was OK. I hope the travelocity update the website and INFORM the next customers that this hotel is simple hotel w/ corridors.
Good location - smelly rooms

Stayed there jus one night (thankfully) after driving down to Florida and prior to moving into an onsite Disney resort hotel the next day. I'd read the reviews here and they were good enough on the whole that we risked it...
It took us 45mins to check in, due to their computers being down (I guess stuff happens) but then the room we got was dingy and very musty/smelly. So we hauled back to reception to complain and they happily moved us to another room - that was just as smelly and dingy. These were all (supposedly) non-smoking rooms, but they smelt like they been smoked in for years and were damp and mildewy. The carpets were a bit stained too, but the sheets and pillowcases *looked* okay.
We were all so tired that we just kept the second room for the one night and left with relief the next day.
Don't really recommend it, though the price we paid * w/tax) was good and the location was fine (close to Disney and lots of shops & restaurants around).

Although we only stayed one night, the hotel was close to needs a family may want while on
vacation. The rooms were a little dated, but were clean. There were plenty of staff and security walking around at all times.

We enjoyed our visit to Orlando and our stay at Seralago was pleasant. It is located just 2-3 miles from Disney and other local attractions. We found the hotel to be a good deal for the money, clean and safe. We would stay here again.
