Stayed for 3 nights in March and loved this hotel!! Great location,close to shopping,convention center and dining. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only "complaint" I have is that the lighting in the bathrooms are terrible for putting on makeup. The rooms are small but very comfortable. We will definately stay at this hotel again!

One cannot go wrong with this lovely boutique hotel close to all the action of downtown Vancouver. Apples, water bottles and umbrellas greet you at the desk. The concierge had great ideas for food and activities and the service was excellent. The rooms are small as space in Vancouver is a premium, but the amenities, beautiful furnishings, large bathroom, separate sitting room all make up for the footage.
You can't go wrong with price, location, beauty and value of this lovely hotel.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the Madonna concert last week. The hotel is close to BC Place and shopping on Robson. It was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the Aveda products in the room and the fact that robes are provided for guest use. I've stayed here before with my husband and young son, and would absolutely stay again. When we went to the bar, my friend was "sipping" her drink and the bartender noticed that she didn't seem to be enjoying it, and offered to make her a new one before my friend ever had a chance to ask!

Quaint European-style hotel. Quiet, small, luxurious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to transportation, shopping and many restaurants. We were able to check in early, which was helpful for us, and so were able to explore Vancouver for an extra day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has the opportunity to be in Vancouver.
