The front desk staff was very nice & helpful. Room size is good and bed is comfortable. Easy access to I-35. If the continental breakfast is complimentary, that would be A+!!

Clean and easy to get without all the hassle of Downtown traffic. Lots of shopping around. As far a resturtants you still have to travel into town for the cool places.
No hot water on 9th floor in evenings

The 9th floor room had NO hot water in the evenings during our stay. The young desk clerk said it happens sometimes but we still had no hot water the 2nd night. There was always hot water early in the mornings. Hotel management did not appear concerned.

The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful. They are renovating. I had a very nice room, good size. The room charge is a little high to not include free breakfast, but the food was great.

The room overall was clean and nice, but the channel selection was not too great, the bathroom was extremely small (no space to move in, and the shower would not drain due to it being clogged). Also if you choose to drink the water that is provided in the room its cost is $2.75. Also breakfast is not free! The customer service that I did received was great.
