Arrived 7-23. Capacity maybe was at 50% Received a Room over carport. Floodlight directly into room in evening. Noise from room above. Couldn't sleep. Up all nite. Remodeling or elevator? Room was very small. Tried to leave at 2:30 the following afternoon. Manager wouldn't refund the second day stay. Will not stay at this place again!!!!!!!!!!

I travel and stay in hotels around the world and this is the first time that my clothing was stolen out of my suitcase from my room. You can imagine my surprise when I opened my suitcase at my next stop and found ALL of my shirts/sweaters missing. the hotel manager wouldn't even return my calls. I continued to call and when I finally got him he said that he would check into it but NEVER called back. The front desk attendant told me that there are signs around the hotel that state that they are not responsible for any personal items in the rooms. Should we start taking our luggage and locking it in the rental car when we leave the room for a few hours?? They also only have 1 employee on duty during the evening shift...we couldn't get fresh towels at 8pm because he couldn't leave the front desk! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stayed 5 nights and had good housekeeping every day. Breakfast is fine. They have a small but nice business center (internet availabilty). Several restaurants nearby.

Very clean. We needed 7 rooms for 4 nights to go to a wedding in Knoxville. Excellent group rate, clean, and delicious hot cont. breakfast. We were made to feel at home. Yes, bar next door is noisy, but did not interupt sleep. Several hundred feet down the road.

not what we wanted

When we got there, they gave us a room with 1 bed. Then they put us in a non-smoking room and told us to go ahead. Hall was very noisy and bar next door was quite loud. Lost our companions reservation. One of the service desk people (not the owner's wife) was very nice, apologetic and helpful. The pool was also nice. The breakfast was good but run out of most things quickly. Overall not an experience I would want to repeat.
