I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds and linens were in good shape and very comfortable. The hotel staff was prompt, curtious and very helpful. The pool was in good shape and was clean. The breakfast that was provided was ample and very good. This hotel was conveniently located to all major activities (Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Downtown Disney, City Walk, etc) and parking was not an issue at the hotel. We did not have any worries or concerns about safety as it was a very secure hotel. A good deal for the money.

I come to this hotel 3-4 times a year. It is convenient to all parks and right next to Universal. The staff is pleasant. The complimentary breakfast is good and convenient. The rooms are clean and doesn't have the musty odors that I have encountered with other budget hotels I would definately come back again.

A very clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel within walking distance (15 min walk) of Universal. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and were not disappointed. The continental breakfast was better than most, although the seating was a little crowded. The front desk staff was very pleasant and professional while we were checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning on going to Orlando to spend time at the attractions, not necessarily spend a lot of time at the hotel. The pool was small, but relaxing for the little that we had time to use it. There were a wide variety of places to eat within walking distance. The rools were a little on the small side, but they were very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasurable experience.

Great hotel for the price. The room is clean and renovated recently, very warm & cozy. Highly recommend it for other. The only flaw is the ringing noise from the AC unit at night but by the second night, I phase out the noise. =)

Good location - close to Universal and great restaurants. Staff friendly and provided a nice breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms.
