Don't Even Think About It

This place was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. There were no mattress pads, the towels were stained, the carpet smelled moldy, there were clothes left in our room (presumably from the previous guest?). The housekeeper was incredibly rude.
I will never try to save a buck again my skimping on the price of a brand name hotel that I know and trust.
And I will NEVER use this chain.
G-R-O-S-S, gross.
Save heartache on your vacation and don't stay!

Stayed here the weekend of the 4th. Checked in around 3 went to the park around 5. When I returned to the hotel money was missing out of my purse. I assume it was someone who is part of the maid staff. That's what the police report said. They were able to do a scan of who had entered my room and a maid used their key card on the evening of our check-in. Not to bring us towels or make our beds, we had only checked a few hours before. My fun weekend ruined with 4$ left on me. If you do stay.....use the safe.
NO shuttle

I haven't stayed at this property yet but called to check shuttle times. The man at the front desk informed me that they did not have a Cedar Point shuttle nor did any other hotel.

along with our friends from napoleon ohio we had the worst expiereance at this hotel , it stunk it was dirty, no handicap avail, the bathroom was dirty/moldy, for non smoking room it smelled like smoke, we were told there was a shuttle to cedar point park, there wasn,t one avail for 3 years now,, was told there was cont breakfast avail . lied to again, front desk people wouldn,t answer the phone, towells were dirty with grease stains, we will never stay there again, we will spend the extra $ dollars to stay in a better hotel that really cares about their guests

this hotel was dirty,stinky,personel werent at the desk when needed,wouldnt answer the phone, the hotel advertises shuttle to park,no shuttle avail 3 yrs, advertise a continental breakfast in hotel,, haha big joke there is none avail, burnt sheets/bed spreads in nonsmoking rooms, mold mildew in bathrooms, ants in the rooms, charges for room safe even if not used, just plain lousey hotel ,, will never stay there again
