Staff at the desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. More choices than expected and an attendant to help if needed.
Did not use many of the amenities available as it was a short stay, but the facilities looked very good.
Cold!

I stayed here to take a very early flight. This allows us not to leave very early and be exhausted before 24 hour trip back to Japan. But the whole building is really heavily chilled by the air-conditioner. I couldn't stay asleep even with the HEATER ON IN SUMMER! Moreover, the floor between the two beds is totally wet, which was too strong and very disgusting. I finally realized this was the smell of onion (or some vegetable). I don't know what was there before we came in but it should be very recent. I can't understand why the hotel didn't try to do anything about this. So, I am writing this having been unable to sleep almost whole night. There was no gain in spending money to reduce the fatigue. Totally disappointing.

I was shocked here, this was THEE best hotel I have stayed in at this price range EVER. The personal were very helpful and well dressed. The hotel at 8pm was clean and all looked good. The free breakfast was excellent with hot and cold selections, being just shy of a small diner. LOL whoever would leave a negative review in 2009 must have just been upset about the rest of their trip, not this $ room. THANKS RAMADA INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT. I was very happy.

We checked in late evening and the front counter man was rude, the shower head came off on me and it wasn't good for us. The floor in the elevator was dirty and so was the carpeting all over the hotel, including fingernail clipping. For breakfast the fruit was wilted and over ripe. Over all the experience was not good.

The room was very clean; employees were very friendly. Our only issue was the shuttle to the airport. the hotel recommended the shuttle at 5:30 am for a 7am flight; but by the time we waited for stragglers and the slow driver who was constantly with the cell phone in his ear, we did not get to the airport (10 minute ride) until after 6am and the line for US Air was very long. We just made our flight thanks to the diligence of the counter associates for US Air and security. Our advice: Take the shuttle at least 2 hours in advance of your flight!
