GREAT STAY AND FRIENDLY FOLKS

My daughter and I came from Enid Oklahoma to attend a WWE event at the Sprint Center. Not knowing where it was, I especially enjoyed the free shuttel that took us to the event and picked us up. I also enjoyed the free drinks and the people were just great. They made sure that we got whatever we needed. My daughter loved the free breakfast (she recommends the waffles). They also make one mean omlet. The bedding was super comfortable but the pillows were a little on the hard side. All in all, the next time we take a trip to Kansas City, we will be staying at this hotel. We've stayed at other hotels in Kansas City that cost a lot more and recieved A LOT less.

I stayed at The Q last month and accidentally left a pair of Victoria Secret jeans, a jacket and belt in the closet of my room. When I got home and unpacked, I called The Q Hotel and Spa and told them what happened - expecting them to say they had my belongings and I would be able to retrieve them.
Much to my dismay, they told me to call back and they'd check around. I called back several times and no one claimed to know anything. From management to housekeeping, I was never given an answer other than, "I'll check with so-and-so and get back with you," - which they never did.
I realize these things happen, but it was the flippant, uncaring attitude of management that will cause me to stay anywhere BUT The Q whenever I'm in Kansas City. The true measure of a good business is how they treat you when a problem arises.
Q Hotel - Great Stay

This is a great hotel - one of the best I have been in lately and love the fact that it is green. We were there on a weekend when the entire hotel was booked and the staff was polite through the stay of a very rowdy football crowd. Our room while modestly appointed was great ---- they put the money were it counted - good quality bed and bedding, There also was a hi-def tv. Would stay there again.

Everything was great; staff, breakfast, location all excellent. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable for us but other than that we would highly recommend.
We reallly want to thank the staff and front desk; they went out of their way to make sure everything was in order and comfortable. Haven't had that kind of treatment in a long time.

Stayed here for just one night (in town for a football game) -- but very pleased with the quality. Included free hospitality hour in the bar and a nice breakfast.
Excellent location in the heart of Westport within walking distance to bars and restaurants, off-street free parking, comfortable rooms, good service.
