Disappointed

My husband and I stayed overnight on Valentine's day and were quite disappointed. Let me first start off by stating the positives. The hotel is quite clean and staff were courteous However the guests were noisy Given the fact Valentine's Day fell on a Satuarday this year, I would have thought the hotel would have anticipated all the guests that would be having breafast. I have eaten at other HIlton's and the breakfasts have been wonderful The workers behind the kitchen that were cooking hot to order breakfast couldn't keep up with the demand. The serving trays of hot food at the kitchen were empty and instead of cooking more of that food, It seemed they were concentrated on special request. Numerous guests pointed that out and they just said yes it's coming . I always thought buffet meant "help yourself". TO WHAT? There wasn't anything to eat that was hot. . The plates were near the cold buffet but no utensils were given out. . I was disgusted. Needless to say we left right after breakfast. Perhaps on a usual saturday that would have worked but not a HOLIDAY. I would stay there again but never on a holiday.

This hotel was as good as everyone in past reviews said. The hotel is pleasant, clean, with everything in working order. There were no hums or sounds to bother us. We did have a room in the back of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable.
