We have stayed at many Comfort Inns, and they are generally acceptable. Not plush, but a decent value for the money. This particular Comfort Inn was really terrible. The decor is like a Super 8 or Motel 6. The king bed room we had was so tiny as to make getting around the bed difficult on the side nearest the wall. But the worst thing - the bed was just awful. It belonged in the dumpster. It had a big dip into the middle. We had been camping and looked forward to a nice night in a good bed - NOT. Our Thermarest sleeping pads on the ground were more comfortable.
The breakfast was normal Comfort Inn fare.
Great as usual

We usually stay at Comfort Inn's - this one was great as most are. We were able to get a room thru * even tho calling hotel directly they did not have any rooms available. Thanks * Connie Mack World Series baseball was in town - but we were able to stay and enjoy ourselves.

We we arrived at the hotel at about 7 PM the room had not been cleaned and was a mess, the toilet hadn't even been flushed. We informed the woman at the desk who personally took care of cleaning it and had it ready by the time we got back from dinner. The next night we arrived back to find that the 1/2" of rain during the evening had leaked through the roof into our room soaking all of the clothes in one suitcase with water and plaster, you could tell that this had been patched before but the roof had never been correctly fixed according to the maintenance man who brought in buckets to collect the water leaking in. The woman at the desk again was very nice and washed all of the clothes from the suitcase that had gotten wet and had them ready by the morning. They also didn't charge us for this night. They didn't have any other rooms with two beds available that night so we didn't move until the next morning. The second room was a smoking room that smelled horribly of stale smoke and we had to get our own deodorizers to get the smell to be tollerable. The maid crew also didn't feel the need to replenish our room with soap or shampoo or sometimes even towels. When I went to check out I found that they had only reduced our rate for the smoking room by $*/night and the manager was of course not in that day (or anytime except early in the morning).
Did stay again.

The colors in the room are light, this makes it very comfortable. They had tape and textured walls, tile on the shower walls, the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was great. You had many choices. The people were very nice.
