old food found in microwave, floors needed vacuuming

I was shocked to find a deli dish of someone else's old food in the microwave in my suite. Made me wonder what else might appear clean at a glance but wasn't. Floors in my suite and the corridor didn't get vacuumed two of the first three days of my stay. Hair on bathroom floor. Some toilet surfaces were skipped in the cleaning process and not tended to during my stay. Everything else was actually quite nice. Nice amenities for the price. Location to shopping and the airport is very convenient.
Good room at a great price.

Stayed weekend of May 1st. Large, clean room. Bed was not comfortable.....needs better mattress. The bath room had no towel racks. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said that is the way management wanted it. Very strange to have no racks in a large bathroom for hanging anything (towels, bathing suit, etc.). Location is excellent. It is amazing the lack of traffic/airport noise. As always, the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Making my hotel reservation online was the best thing. I did not have to worry about small details -- everything was taken care of, and the service was impeccable. Thanks for your service in helping to make our trip enjoyable.

A good choice at a reasonable rate. you get free shuttle service to and from the airport. Also included is a Manager's reception (Free booze and condiments). You also get a complimentary buffet breakfast. the hotel also has a swimming pool and hottub. Hotel located near 2 shopping malls, several and a variety of eateries and a $ cab ride from downtown. Rooms are comfortable.
Convient to all area attractions

The hotel was perfectly located to reach area attractions-Busch Gardens, Airport, Stadiums, and about 20 minutes from the Beach resorts. Great breakfast [free] and they had a managers reception in the evening with free drinks and snacks. Great value for the money.
Clean rooms and staff was friendly. Parking was $5 a night.
