My family and I stayed here in April for two days. It was the most disgusting, filthy hotel we have ever stayed at. I couldn't even sleep, yuck the whole place was a mess. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU LOVE TO FEEL CLEAN AND COMFY AFTER A LONG DAY AT THE ZOO.
Only if you need a really cheap place to stay!

My family stayed in the two bedroom jaccuzzi suite. After checking in with a very friendly desk clerk, I proceeded to unload my kids from the car. The room was a non smoking room, but you couldn't tell by the smoke inside. The no smoking sign was hung up outside the doors by scotch tape. It appears they change their mind at will to decide which room are non smoking that day. There is a central ventilation system that runs along with smoking rooms, and we were smoked out on two occassions. I am a smoker, and this was more than even I can take! We were lucky enough to talk with the owner while we were there, but he said it was just our imagination. The jaccuzzi tub doubles as the shower. It measured about 8 feet in length, but there was only 5 feet of shower curtain. It consisted of two 2.5 ft loose pieces! The king size bed was a canopy bed with mirrors on it, which maybe nice for young couples, but when you're older, it's kinda creepy! There is no restaurant on site, but there is one next door. You are going to need it because the continental breakfast is only served for 2 hours, from 6-8am. It consists of a couple varieties of cold cereal, 4 doughnuts, 4 bagels, bread to make toast, and some juice. Unless you are there on the weekends, the owner himself is there and demands a better breakfast. The staff was very friendly, but would never stay there again!

The rooms are clean, but the downfall is lack of soundproofing between rooms. You can hear everyword being said in the next room!! I was kept awake many nights by this. Also there is inadaquet lighting at thedesk in the room, it was very hard to see and work at the desk.

The rooms were clean. The rooms have no sound proofing. I could hear everything that was being said in the rooms next to me, which kept me awake at night. The lighting in the room is very minimal. The work desk has no lighting which makes it impossible to see what you are doing. The wireless internet signal is extremely week. The shower head in the shower is so low that it would be ok for a person under Five foot tall. Pillows on bed are stained and the size of one you would find in a baby crib!! this hotel is ok for a single person in a pinch. I would never take my family here.
