Terrible bed
Road and plane noise
Stained towels
Old equipment broken and not removed

The hotel was ok. I had a package sent to the hotel which was registered mail. It was supposed to be there 15th October 08 at noon. I checked at the front desk after this time and they claimed it never showed. checked again the following morning at about 6am, as i was due to fly out that morning. they said it still wasn't there. by now i am getting anxious, as the package contained my passport. it had to be signed for when it was delivered. My mind went through all the things I would have to do to get it replaced....stressed!!!! Back in Green bay on Friday, the package turned up here. Went to the post office to see what went wrong, and they have paperwork to show that the hotel and an employee there at the hotel had signed for the package on the 15th October and received it. This was all so stressful and they had it the whole time. So wasn't very impressed with their ability, I wasn't notified there was any mail at all.

We found our stay to be very pleasant. The breakfast was was good and the attendants were very nice. Also enjoyed the pool and spa, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definately stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel Aug 18-20, 2008. Room is very nice, hotel is clean. However our tv did not work and after complaining eve of the 18th, morn of the 19th, eve of the 19th, morn of the 20th, it was still not working as we checked out. Also witnessed the bar/restaurant closing almost 30 minutes prior to the published closing time. When a customer asked the desk about it, the reply was "that happens". Breakfast is adequate-nothing special.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was one of the more enjoyable hotels I've stayed in for awhile. It was close enough to restaurants, shopping, etc.
It was a VERY clean hotel. Having a fridge and microwave in my room was very helpful. Staff was friendly whenever I had contact
