We have stayed at here several times and have never had any issues. The rooms are very clean, the staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the location is right! We have made this our "to stay" place when we come to Cocoa Beach.
Very close to beach. great experience and great price.

Great experience, close to the beach, great price!!!!!!
I stayed for 4 days , the room was very confortable and kept clean. For the rate I payed the hotel really delivers.

Had a great stay. Even though the hotel is 2 blocks away form the Pier (retaurants and bars) I did not hear any noise at night.

Rooms were fine, best things about this location was the location. Short walk to the beach and pier as well as shops. Negative - when a cruise ship is going out next day breakfast lines are crazy!
This hotel takes care of things when needed...a comfort to anyones travels.

Went for our Honeymoon. They upgraded my room for free and said happy honeymoon. Great places to eat close by as well as shopping. 2 minute walk to the beach and pier. Would love to stay again.
