Wonderful Experience!!!

Hotel was very clean and the staff were quite helpful. I traveled with my elderly mother and 2 young children, so the included breakfast made the stay so much more enjoyable. The location was exceptional and we were within walking distance to the Wharf or the Muni bus stops (we purchased the CityPass booklets separately). Without hesitation, I would stay again. Although we chose to stay with our "smoking room," the staff allowed us an opportunity to upgrade w/o cost and let us view both rooms before we made our decision. We stayed with the smoking room, only because it had not been used by the previous guests, it had a window that overlooked the city streets, and we had been given upgrades for a microwave and refrigerator. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Positive experience.

Hoilday Inn and Suites Fishermens Wharf

There is not one bad thing I can say about our experience at the Hoilday Inn Express and Suites-Fishers Wharf-From the start-the front desk staff, Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't have been more helpful. We asked about some of the tours-they booked them for us-they had a kosiak to print boarding tickets, which was very helpful-the breakfast SUPER!-even the maid service -check-out,effortless.We were treated like Queens-Only one down fall-It has nothing to do with the service. The only enter/exit is in the back of the Hotel. There is no exit out the front of the Hotel- so a person has to walk out the back and go around the block to get to the front of Hotel-If there would of been just a door with a key card exit/enter would of been helpful, instead of walking all the way around. We would give this Hotel a 20 out of 10-Super !!

My mom, sister and myself stayed here from June 7 until June 11. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The front desk was very helpful with all of our questions, from getting a muni pass to local attractions! The breakfast was awesome and got us off to a good start. We had a junior suite on the wharf side and it was very enjoyable just people watching. Super location for everything we wanted to see. Room service was great and we had a very clean room. We would definitely stay here again!

Don't Bring a Car Into San Francisco

Parking fees at this hotel cost more that the car rental itself! $46.74 per day plus tip. Otherwise the hotel would be a good deal. My advice to automobile travelers is to stay just outside of San Francisco (Sausilito) and drive in for the day. This same hotel was offering a $10 daily parking fee to anyone, while charging its overnight customers $41 plus tax.
