The hotel in general was not bad.... The cleanliness is another matter. It was obvious that the cleaning crew does a quick sweep with no attention to detail. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom had prior "prints" on it, the chair in the main room had remnants of the previous guests packaging from the coffee maker stuffed into the cushion, I also believe I was double charged.
The trip to the casino from this hotel was approx. 6 miles down dark and winding roads. Don't think I would stay here again.

Nice place, centrally located in the village area. Private setting and close to everything. Our early check-in request was accepted & our room was ready. Not a great room, but comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, not a lot to choose from: donuts, bagels, muffins, or cook your own waffles; coffee/tea/juice. No newspaper. A little overpriced, but location is great. Would stay here again.

When we pulled up to the hotel we thought that the grounds were well maintained and garbage free and the parking lot was well lit. The interior of the hotel was another story, didn't see any elevators, so if you need that kind of service your out of luck. The way signage was very confusing making difficult navigating around the facility. All the finishes in the corridors where very dated and had an order that I couldn't put my finger on. We stayed in the room with two double beds which were the worst beds that I ever slept on! You can actually feel all the springs in the mattress. It felt like sleeping on card board with springs under it. To say the least my back is killing me. The carpet in the room was just as nasty as the carpet in the corridor with the same smell. The room towels were like sand paper, rough and thin, low quality. The room safe didn?t work even with the help of the staff. The pool was really nice and well kept. The people that work there was very courteous and help full. The Mystic area is awesome and will be going back, just not there.
Very Dirty Hotel

I stayed here during a buisness trip. I booked with this hotel because it advertised a fitness room. The fitness room was under renovation during my stay. The room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, wreaked of cigarettes, and was very dusty and dirty. A dead rat laid on the path from the hotel exit to the parking lot for several days during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they clean up their act!
