Time Share Scam

Rooms are mostly outdated and are very tiny. the place provides a cheap feeling, especially since studio has the single door connects two units.
There is a big pressure to buy or listen to their timeshare presentation at check in which takes 50 minutes just to get the key. If you buy it, they're nice. If you say no, they ignore you. No service, no welcome, nothing. they will keep you waiting in the lobby for punishment.
nice spot but time share sales pitch is too much!

rooms are nice and look like they have been recently updated. The kichen is small but works. However, the sales pitch at check in is awful. I declined an offer of a "special 90 minute tour" four times and the sales woman kept going. Also, they charge * to your credit card at check in, for incidentals, and uh, forget to tell you that little detail. I called and was told the * will be "released" in a couple of days. If you can overlook these little items, the resort is very nice for the money.
won't go again

Online travel website said the breakfast was included and it wasn't.
The receptionist waisted 30 minutes of my time offering us free nights and 75 dollars if we attended to a meeting...and tour (about their facilities)... at the end they asked how much money we make a year, and since we are tourists... we do not qualify... and they just waisted my time... I did hate this!

Best Things Nearby:
Beautiful views of red rock formations, hiking trails, the Hilton resort pools, and fitness center next door
Best Things About the Resort:
Very nice accommodations; friendly, helpful staff; and a good location, not in Sedona, but a few miles south in village of Oak Creek, which was quiet and scenic
Resort Experience:
This was a great resort!! We requested a unit on the second floor, facing the Hilton, for the best views from our balcony. The resort staff was very helpful with bookings and directions. There were lots of great day trips, activities, and restaurants. There was great weather in March to April. It was one of our best trips!!!
