Sedona Springs Resort

Best Things Nearby:
Everything. We especially enjoyed the Grand Canyon, Montezuma Well, Montezuma Castle National Monument, Tuzigoot National Monument, the town of Williams and Jerome, and shopping in the quaint Sedona shops.

Best Things About the Resort:
The bathroom, fireplace, location, and resort staff

Resort Experience:
Our one-bedroom unit was huge and clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated in Southwestern decor. It was a two-story with a loft. The living room had a fireplace. The master suite was fantastic. There was a Jacuzzi tub for two, a large shower with double shower heads, two sinks, a big walk-in closet, and a TV. The kitchen was fully equipped. The resort had numerous activities and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The flute performance was awesome. I want to stay at this resort again. This resort is a short distance from downtown but close to shopping and restaurants.

Sedona Springs Resort

Best Things Nearby:
This resort is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and many tourist attractions.

Best Things About the Resort:
Walking into the timeshare, we were surprised at how clean and huge it was. The unit was very attractively decorated.

Resort Experience:
Our unit #10 was overlooking one of the three spas at the resort. Walking into the unit, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The downstairs had a lock-off that our friends stayed in -- it had its own small refrigerator, microwave, and utensils. The main unit had a full kitchen with dishwasher and all the amenities. The two-person Jacuzzi tub was upstairs and was surrounded by windows so you could overlook the beautiful stars at night. The loft had a sofa that opened into a queen-size bed and the master bedroom had a king-size bed and balcony overlooking the red rocks. We had a fireplace; however, we could not use it because it was not turned on. The master bathroom with Jacuzzi had a two-person shower, a walk-in closet, and dual sinks. I would definitely return in a heartbeat!

Sedona Springs Resort

  • September 27, 2003

Best Things Nearby:
Chapel of the Holy Cross, built right into the red rock; Flagstaff Observatory; Grand Canyon within a few hours; Oak Creek; Jerome (old silver mining town); Montezuma's Castle; native artisans; wonderful shopping; great restaurants.

Best Things About the Resort:
Fabulous location, decor, and activities.

Resort Experience:
Each 2-bedroom unit has 2 floors: kitchen, large living room and dining area downstairs (washer and dryer included), 2 big bedrooms upstairs, and a private Jacuzzi room. The decor is pure southwest, in desert colours and warm comfortable furnishings. The resort offered cultural activities, a great orientation, and a knowledgeable staff who could recommend and book activities, restaurants and local specialties. Because Sedona is not on daylight savings time, it gets dark early even in the summer. In addition, the town is sensitive to light pollution at night, so all the street lights are low and send light down only. The resort's pool area is a great place to spend the evenings staring up at the stars and just relaxing.

Lots of places to hike, beautiful red rock formations. Great weather, not too hot. Good selection of places to eat and lots of shopping.

Best Things About the Resort:
The two-story units were very spacious. We loved the place. It was impeccably clean and the grounds were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good activities for the kids and adults as well. I would love to go back.

Resort Experience:
This is a beautiful area! Lots of sights to see. Great for day hiking. Lots of artistic/creative folks live and work here, so there are lots of shops and galleries to browse through.
